  2. You must provide a certificate of insurance to staff@masstreewardens.org prior to the show.

  3. If you need electrical service please make sure you sign up for any electrical service before the show begins. Contact the hotel to request a form 508-347-7393.

  4. As in years past we will be offering door prizes to our members throughout the course of the conference proceedings. Our folks love to win prizes! Thanks to the generosity of you, our vendors , we always have a plethora of prizes to offer.  Vendors in the past have done shirts, hats, gift cards, bottles of liquor, tree gear, and everything else you can think of! Each time a door prize is awarded we stand up in front of the crowd and announce the prize and who donated the prize. We’ll check in with you early in the proceedings to see if you would like to participate in the door prize process.

MTWFA’s educational programs are made possible through a grant from the USDA Forest Service, Urban and Community Forestry Program and the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, Bureau of Forestry.

If attending the Annual Conference is a financial burden, the USDA Forest Service through the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation Urban and Community Forestry Program has provided grant dollars to support conference registration. Please contact  staff@masstreewardens.org for more information.
