The town of Wellesley seeks a full-time Foreman A/Tree Care for the Park and Tree Division. Reporting to the Assistant Superintendent and/or General Foreman, this position supervises daily operations to manage the town’s urban forest, open spaces, and rights-of-way. Leads crews, ensures compliance with standards, and works outdoors year-round, including snow, emergency, and weekend duties.

Qualifications: Four years of arboricultural and two years of supervisory experience or related degree. Required licenses: MA Class B CDL, Hoisting 1C/2B, Pesticide #36, MCA/ISA Arborist, CPR, and EHAP.

Salary range: $31.02–$41.64/hour, depending on qualifications.
