Tom Brady, DPW Director in Watertown, MA will be instructing this course. This course provides an in-depth overview of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 87 and its application to modern municipal tree management. Designed for tree wardens, arborists, DPW professionals, and municipal officials, the class examines the legal authority, responsibilities, and practical challenges associated with the protection and management of public shade trees.
